WholeMind Publications
Books, e-books, guides, workbooks, toolkits, and annual reports. Written resources for people who want to go deeper than a single session or article.
Four Formats
Publications take different shapes, depending on who they are written for.
Full-length writing on anxiety, trauma, and recovery, for children, teens, and adults.
Practical, guided materials you can use on your own or in a support group.
Short, focused writing on a specific topic, built to be read in one sitting.
A yearly look at what WholeMind has built, learned, and reached.
From Worry to Wholeness
From Worry to Wholeness is our first book series, written for three different ages about the same condition: anxiety. Each book uses plain language, and each carries the same faith-informed, clinical approach across every age group.
Ages 6 to 12. A gentle, faith-informed guide helping children name and navigate anxiety.
Join the Waitlist →Ages 13 to 17. Helping teenagers understand anxiety through culture, faith, and clinical insight.
Join the Waitlist →Ages 18 to 59. A comprehensive guide to anxiety, fear, and healing, through a Nigerian clinical lens.
Join the Waitlist →Guides & Toolkits
Shorter, practical resources built for specific situations.
For families, churches, and workplaces learning to recognise and respond to mental health concerns.
For volunteers running a WholeMind Community support group, with structure and discussion prompts.
A short guide given to clients after a Telepsychiatry consultation, explaining what comes next.
Annual Report
We plan to publish our first annual report after completing a full year, expected in 2027. It will cover what WholeMind built, who it reached, and what comes next.
